We can connect to multidimensionality through the divine particles of our body and it is through the body that we can connect with our origins. This program will support with continuing to deepen the connection with the sacredness within our shoulders, wings, sacrum and cervix (pelvis).
 
Join me as we practice holding the connection while we move, so that it eventually becomes ordinary to be connected in this way and it feels strange when we are not connected.
 
The 5 class, fortnightly program will run as follows.

The recordings are available for participants to use as many times as they wish, and will remain online for 14 days after class completes. 
 
Please note that booking cancelations prior to 48 hours can be refunded less the $5 booking fee. Due to the popularity of the class, cancelation requests after 48 hours prior to class starting will not be refundable.
