Bodywork to build connection

This is a gentle hands-on technique that offers a deep level of reconnection to self. Lying fully-clothed on a massage table we relax, rebalance and let go of the stress we have taken on throughout our lives.
Oil based gentle massage

This is a deeply relaxing, gentle massage which can restore the flow of healing energy to the muscles and joints. It supports us to release the build-up of tension and restores the natural flow and freedom of movement.
Building stillness throughout the body

This is an exquisitely gentle, deeply relaxing experience. It supports the pulse of the Lymphatic System to symbiotically correspond with the body’s web of connective tissue and provides an experience of deep stillness within the body.
Building fire in the body
​
Esoteric Chakra-puncture is a form of deeply relaxing healing for the body in which needles, applied very lightly, clear the body of past patterns which come from protection and hurt. The body is supported to reconfigure to a true energetic and physical harmonious state.
