Re-connecting with your body and felt sense of self can support with feelings of overwhelm, depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, meaninglessness and loss of identity. It can support you to get back in touch with the truth of who you are and your purpose in life.
Whatever you are experiencing in your body is there for a reason. It is communicating something to you and it may seem like it is a foreign language when you first start listening to it.

The Body Connection Program is an 8 week program designed to support you to reconnect to your body and felt sense of self.
What you're committing to: 20 minutes a day plus an hour check in meeting each week

What is the program for?
Stress
Pressure from people around you, friends, family, work, to be who they want you to be. You lose yourself in the process
Anxiety
When you are operating from your head and can't get out of your mind or away from thoughts that plague you
Overwhelm
Like you can't cope with life and you are stuck in survival mode. Life is too hard and you are hanging on by a thread
Meaninglessness
Wondering what is the point of your life. Is this it, surely there has to be something else out there?
